Does anyone have a dersa clam? I just want to know the acclimation requirements, diet, light, and care level. Any help would be appreciated.

They are one of the easier Tridacna clams to take care of, but still need good, stable water conditions and lighting. The don't really need to be fed above a certain size, and will get their food from photosynthesis. As Ryan mentioned, what size tank do you have, and what equipment. Keep in mind Derasas get quite large.
