Ok Running the piping from the sump to the tank (110)
Ran the Pip from the mag 12 to the tank
The fitting on the Mag12 is a 3/8 Thread on the Output and I ran a 1/2id" Pipe to the tank. Is the PVC pipe too small?

I think you mean that the threads on the output of your magdrive pump were 3/4" not 3/8". It is never wise to downsize the output of a pump. That creates a lot of head pressure and absolutely kills the flow which the pump can put out. I would run 3/4" or 1" tubing as a return line if I were you. HTH.

You might have too much back pressure on the pump. It might build up too much heat over time. It will also cause your pumps impellar to break down faster.
I personally would re-do it.

So I did the smart thing and RTFM. Well the manufacture states 1½" inside Diameter is the minimum Hose size that should be used for Maximum flow.
Only issue is I can not find a ¾ to 1½" fitting with the ¾ side being a female NPT side. Does anyone know where I can find 1?

if you go over the size you may have a drop in psi go with what manufacture states 1 1/2 imo
