Did my anemone kill my clown???

I have 6 false percula clowns in my 55 gallon tank and I have one LTA that I bought about a month ago.....well none of the clowns were even going near it till I woke up this morning and found a dead clown in the tentacles of the anemone.....Did the anemone kill the clown??? I'm just curious.....

Without more specifics I would have to say the odds are better a clown killed your clown and the LTA picked up an opportunistic meal. Six clowns in a 55 will cause some major aggression.

That's what I was going to say. Sounds like you had four clowns to many and the dominant one is now wiping out the others to keep them away from her and her chosen mate. I'd pull three of the clowns and take them to the LFS for trade in credit if it were me.
