I was at work, like most people. Someone heard on the radio about the first airplane hit. We had a TV in our conference room so I headed down there as did many others. We were speculating it was an airplane accident until we watched in horror the 2nd plane fly into the other tower. Then, of course news of the Pentagon came in.
