jd...i had totally forgoten the Myth busters had a show about this and busted the myth... they did say though, that the an ingedient (phosphoric acid) in coca cola would dissolve a nail in high concentrations...

Water or Cola ??
This is really an eye opener . . . Water or Cola? We all know that water is important but I've never seen it written down like this before.
WATER
1. 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.

And now for the properties of Cola:
