dieing angel

tonight i noticed my bicolor angel leaning against a rock. he is bloated, can barely swim, and his eye is swollen. also, he has a white dusting on parts of him. he wont eat either. i put him in the hospital tank and he was swimming straight up. he looks terrible.. what should i do? i dont think he is going to make it through the night. he was fine yesterday, i dont understand it:help:

Did you just get this fish?? What type of tank do you have and how many other fish do you have? Do you have a QT?
Please describe the "dusting" you see? Location? Is this fish breathing rapidly?

i have had the fish a week and a day. its a 75 gallon fowlr. no other fish. i have a QT and put him in there with my yellow tang. but he later died. the dusting was around his belly not pronounced spots like ich. he was breathing very heavy
