diesease fighters

Is it possible to have one of everything you could need to fight off any dieseases? I just read that cleaner shrimp will clean/eat ick. I've read a lot about different creatures to keep the sand clean etc. If it is possible, what would that list look like & would they all be able to live together? :thinking:

I know engineer gobies are parasite cleaners ... they dont live very long unless you have a 120 or bigger with alot of rock and coral
