Difference between Picassos and snowflakes?

What's the difference in these clownfish? Besides price obviously...

From my understanding... picasso is a term to describe "over marked" true perculas.
snowflakes is a term for "over marked" ocellaris clownfish.
Both are truely lovely to look at.
