The Light-Wave is a sophisticated simulator that controls your Lighting System and Powerheads to provide the most natural enviroment for your captive reef ecosystem. Unique WaveSet algorithms simulate water motion found on natural reefs, OverCast simulation provides realistic cloud cover corresponding to weather events, and astronomically correct moon phase is achieved by dimming incandescent lamps.

Astronomically Accurate moon phase simulation using incandescent lamps. (Industry First)
Battery backed Up Real-Time Clock, all setup data is remembered during power outages.
1800 Watt Total Capacity for currents exiting the Light-Wave (15 Amps).
3 conductor heavy duty 6 foot power cord included.
Software support for the IceCast ballast dimmer.
Programmable Sunrise/Sunset times with programmable ramp time (IceCast required).
Active cloud cover simulation corresponding to weather cycle in WaveSet mode (IceCast required).
Maintenance dimming mode allows dimming of lamps for 5 minutes for tank maintenance (IceCast required).
Unused Light outputs may be used for other timed control; doesn't affect cloud cover and dusk/dawn calculations.
Pumps are now run at night to provide gentle currents.
