dirty live rock

I have a question. I have a 100gal reef tank and it seems to me that the live rock is getting to dirty. it looks like dust almost. i have 2 250w 10k MH bulbs, 4 55w blue actinic bulbs. 100 to 120 lbs live rock. 4 powerheads. a overflow to my sump. sump has live rock, chemi pure, and protein skimmer in it. 80 to 100 lbs sand. any ideas would help.. thanks

I clean off my live rock with a turkey baster.

i have tryed that and it works a little but all it really does is stirs it up and it settles right back down

Sounds like u might not have enough circulation throughout yourr tank.
Specs maybe??

what kind and whats the GPH? Sediment shouldnt just linger on the rocks like that...any pics?

I am at work so no Pictures right now but i will get some when i get home..
i don't know what the GPH are on them... i will also check that when i get home but they seem very strong.

I USE A RENA FILSTAR CANNISTER FILTER in the tank that sucks it all up after i blow off the rock with a powerhead
