If.........he was disrespectful or abusive. I could see a ban, but to share ones feelings about a subject respectfully,or even forcefully, should not get you banned. That's censorship. Something this American does not tolerate or accept.

Enforcing the rules is in no way "censorship". You've crossed spammed multiple sections of the forum with this same topic.
