hey guys,
such a bad week.

i woke up a few days ago to find my pistol shrimp crushed by a rock, the watchman goby devistated :(
and i come home from work today to find my anemone apparetnly likes to climb glass and get chewed up by my stupid power head...
i did a big water change but i ran out of salt so i have to pick some up tommorow
2 questions for the pros
first should i take the anemone out since its still stuck on the glass and about half of its still there will it grow back?
and second is the water going to kill everythign in my tank...
ugh im so depressed if its going to im just gonna sell all my corals / fish and take apart my tank
thanks :(

Sorry to hear about your pistol shrimp :-( I'd be so upset if I lost mine.
As for the anemone, it depends on how much it was chewed up by the power head. I'm sure you already know this now, but for anyone else, this is why power heads in tanks with anemones should have covers on them. If most of the foot is intact, it may survive, if not, it's 50/50. Do not move it if you don't have to or can avoid having to, you could cause it more stress which will lead to death.
Again, the water quality depends on how much of the anemone was chewed up. To be on the safe side, I highly recommend doing a 25% water change and running some carbon (ChemiPure Elite).
