I abandoned the idea to do an algae scrubber above/under the DT in a custom tank/tray thing. I am thinking of stealing your idea to do one in a 5 gallon bucket. Have you built yours yet? Did you do anything with the lights/how did you do it. i liked your idea of using a piece of clear acrylic pipe to put a fluorescent strip in. Any idea where i can get a short length of pipe?
