The connector you want is a type IEC-320 C13. The male version, if you care to know, is an IEC-320 C14.
It's too bad you don't live near me, I could just give you one. The easiest way to get a hold of one is to tear apart an old computer power supply (the old AT style supplies have a female recepacle designed for a monitor to connect). If you don't have access to one, I found one for you. You can get it from Digi-Key, part number 486-1021-ND.
