okay heres my problem...im running a 29 gal rite..i plan on keeping zoos and such in the future..im pretty sure pc would be the best to go for now....how much wattage should i have?? and how can i DIY?? im only 14!! building stuf isnt my best talent..so if anyone has plans they could send me or know of any place or brand of ballast i could buy for cheap would be nice..and btw..wats a retrofit ballast?

okay...lemme clear this up a bit.. i can buy a ballast..but how can i make a hood..or canopy or watever its called?? im broke like noones business..but i really wanna raise sum zoos in the future!!
