DIY sump HELP. i want to build my own.

I might build my own sump if i could get info on how to. i have seen some info but was very confused. does anyone have easy to follow directions and pics as well so i might better understand it all. i am operating a 55 gallon saltwater tank and will have fish, live rock, easy to care for coral and inverts.

The most helpful thing I've found for understanding confusing descriptions of equipment is to go to the lfs(or friends who have a swa) and look under the tanks at what they have. There's a bunch of different ways of doing it, that's for sure.

Many different styles of sumps for different tanks. He even has a good "how to" and tools and materials that you will need.
