i can explain what mine was.. i have no pictuers though.
i had two permanant clear one inch tubing One of which was running from my sump into a drain in the ground( 35 feet)( or you can run it into a sink) in my basement, running along the walls(covered by furniture etc.). obviously the hose in my tank was attached to a submersible pump which led into the drain and then i had 2, 55 gallon water change drums in my "fish maintenance room" and in those drums i had the other clear line running out of one back into my sump. all i had to do was flip one switch drain out my 100 gallons of water, unplug that switch and then flip another one and refill the 100 gallons of water. it was very maintenence free and extremely simple... i also had a piece of very thin clear tubing running from my upstairs kitchen sink RODI unit down through the floor into my 55 gallon drums so i would flip the switch upstairs to activate my RODI and it would run through the floor down into the 55 gallon drums which were on a float valve so when they were full the RODI would shut off...
wish i had pictures because i guess this may sound confusing.. but it was simple , easy, and fast! i would be able to do a 100 gallon water change on my 400 gallon and a 55 gallon water change on my 125 all under 20 minutes while sitting on my couch most of the time..
