Depends on the species. For example, BTAs IME do not sting me, but a more aggressive anemone like a carpet may.

Whether you feel it or not depends on the type. It is best to not shove your hand into an anemone as it disrupts their normal mucus production. If you have to handle an anemone I recommend using gloves and handling as little as possible.

If you want to trasport it to anther tank, use a bag or a cube thats big enoghf for him to fit in. Don't handel him.
