15 gallon tank
8 hermit crabs
3 cerith snails
1 cleaner shrimp
1 camel shrimp
1 long spined black urchin (will move to my larger 75 gallon when it gets bigger)
Should I get some more snails? :notsure:

Someone said I should feed them once a week. Is that really enough? I fed the camel shrimp 3 days ago and my wife put some shrimp pellets in the tank yesterday and both shrimp gobbled them up. I just got the cleaner yesterday and he looks like he wants to eat again. I thought turbo snails were a pain because they always flip over.

Cleaners ALWAYS look hungry. They can go with one feeding a week but I feed mine every day to every other day. He loves Marine Cuisine and Formula 2. I think if i put the whole flat in the tank, he would eat it in a day. I just noticed my peppermint and cleaner starting to fight so I fed a little more. Just make sure they eat all the food you put in the tank.

Your crew looks good, I would suggest getting more snails. Get like 5 Nassarius and maybe 3-5 Astreas. I feed my tank every other day, in precise amounts.

Yeah, I had a little bit of leftover pellets in the tank yesterday and the crabs ate them. I guess they like shrimp pellets as well. Ill have to check out Marine Cuisine and Formula 2 as well. What form do they come in (frozen, pellets)?

I was going to get some Nassarius but nobody had them locally. Ill get some Astreas and either order the Nas snails or wait until they are in stock. Do you actually feed the snails and crabs?
