Do I have enough light for a rock anemone?

I don't keep anemones, but everything I've read/heard is that they need intense lighting. I wouldn't put PCs in that category, but I bet there are people here who've done so successfully. No absolutes in this hobby.

Rock anenomes? Are you refering to a condy? I have only heard of aptasia refered to as rock anenomes and you don't want them growing in your tank!

im not quite sure what you mean by rock anemone but if you are conisdering an anemone i would stay as far away from PC lighting as you could.
Try a T5HO/metal halide combo
or even a T5HO fixture.
they are pretty cheap for a 29 gallon

There are certainly beautiful rock anemones available. However I wouldn't recommend getting any anemone with pc lighting. You do have a lot of watts per gallon, but even still I wouldn't risk it. It would be a toss up in my mind if the anemone would survive long term.
