Do I have enough light?

I am contemplating buying an anemone for my tank but am not sure it can support one.
I have a 30 gal tall reef, with a 20 gal sump, been up for 6 months, water tests are are good/great, Ammonia-0, Nitrite-0, Nitrate-2.0, Ph 8.4 and calcium at 490.
My lights are Dual Daylight PC 40 watt 6700k/10000k
Dual Actinic 40 watt 420nm/460nm ?not sure what nm means
and a 175 watt MHO.
My clown is a black and white ?false percula.
Also what would be a good anemone to get that wont over take the tank, that is assuming I can support one in my tank.

rose bubble tips are cool but split like crazy so I would get a carpet anenome.

That's not enough light for a carpet IMO.
I'd suggest the Rose or a Green BTA.
Green hairy mushrooms whould be better though.

Thanks, I think I might get a green BTA, I have 5 green frilly mushrooms, not sure thats what you meant. What clown would do well with the BTA and get along with my black and white?

so those rose bubble tips like to multiply very quickly huh? Anyone know if a Condylactus would spread very quickly? I Purchased one a few weeks ago as a cheap first timer anemone...was wondering if they spread very quickly at all...

Assuming that your B&W is an Ocellaris I would stick with Ocellaris for the other clown as well. It doesn't have to be a Black & White.
