do I have enough lighting for SPS corals???

I have a 125 gallon reef tank with three 175 watt Metal halides. I also have 96watt T5 anetics. will this do? also whats some good hardy SPS?

It will do fine. Start out with some monti's and if they do well, you can graduate to acros if you want them. Remember, lighting for SPS is only one of the requiremants, you need good water quality and flow to keep them.
