do i need one?

ok i have a 75 gallon tank. i just recently bought a brand new sea life systems trickle filter that is rated for a 300 gallon tank. i am planing on doing an aggresive setup. my question is do i really need a protien skimmer? if i do get one i am looking at the hob berlin turbo skimmer. i appreceiate any of your comments! <img src="graemlins//confused.gif" border="0" alt="[confused]" />

IMO:
A protein skimmer is a really good thing on an aggresive setup due to the nasty eating habbits these fish have. They have much healthier appatites than reef fish have and need more food. More food=more waste.
As far as the type of skimmer. I know there are alot of opinions out there. I like the berlins and some don't. I belive anthem has one he likes better and might be able to expalain why he likes it better.. We'll wait and see hi opinion on this one..

well are the in sump skimmers very hard to install. i know some of them come with a pump like the turbos. if they are more effiecient than i really want to look into them. im just wondering about the level of difficulty as far as puting one in. my wet dry is huge so room really is not an issue. let me tell you that thing was a pain in the a$$ to get in my stand. any insight is helpful ed.

i was reading were anthen went into it a little about the venturi setup and diff ways these skimmers worked and the little he said i learned alot can u post a little more about the diff ways they work i know the venturi cause i have a belin but not the others
 
you mean me, well if you do then i was just confused about the plumming. do the in sump skimmers just have a retern hose.
