Thanks, do you have to recalibrate it every so often, or once you calibrate it once it doesnt have to be messed with again?

Read the directions as I believe the water temp can vary.
Yes, calibrate every month or two. Shouldn't need it, but just in case.

thanks for the response. i recalibrated using r/o water at 68f

the salinity of my tanks were at 40 when i finished calibrating the refractometer. had to remove some water and replace it with r/o water.
