ummmmm...... doing hypo in your main tank will absolutely not make you have another cycle, during or after the treatment.
i did hypo on my dt a few months ago, before i switched to reef. all i did was take the rock out and let it sit for 6 weeks in circulated water with a heater. preformed the hypo. and put the rock back in. no cycle.

That should be correct. If your rock was cared for and ghost fed there should be bacteria on it to prevent cycle.
Coral, you need to keep all of these threads of your together. Right now you are asking questions and getting a lot of advice from folks who haven't gotten all of the picture.
