Do Nassirus snails breed often?

I purchased ten Nassarius snails from this website about a year ago. I now have dozens upon dozens of tiny snails all over the tank. I really dont think its any chance these were a hitchhiker. I have 200lbs of LR and all but one peice sat dry for 4 months. I also have three turbos that have been in the tank for at least 9 months if not longer. Just curious, they are not pyramid snails.. dunno if there are any other ones I need to look out for. They sit on the glass and eat algae. Just curious what I have, they dont seem to be a problem.

nassirus snails breed all the time but the eggs never make it far in the home aquarium. if they're tiny snails that look like super tiny tubro snails they're micro turbos those and strombus snails are the two harmless snails that will reproduce in an aquarium. I have tons and tons of micro turbos.

I dont have pics. They are oval, but they are coned shape. Brownish tan color, they dont appear to care about the sand at all. They are all over the rocks and glass.

sounds like a different specied altogether. could have come in on rock or coral and taken a long time to become visible.
