"do over" -- what to do with fish?

Let's say you got started with too many fish, incompatible fish, or just want different (less aggressive) fish. What the heck do you do with your fish you want to get rid of? Thanks.

take them back,catch them if you can and get credit at the LFS!
I had to do that with a puffer!

My lfs would take them and give me store credit. Some stores will and some won't but if your a good customer they probably will.

I'd still take them to the LFS. They might not give you as much $ as you paid for them but they should give you something if not store credit.

I didn't buy the puffer from the store I took him back to. Try it! or give them away to someone you know!
