Do Porcupine Puffers release Toxins when Dead?

My Porc Puffer is not doing too well. Laying on the sand bed breathing heavily.
dont think it will make it....but if it dies, does it release toxins that will kill my other fish?

As long as you remove it as soon as it dies there shouldn't be a problem. Don't wait too long or the answer is yes.
