Do Triggers bother eels?

Hi, I have a 125g FOWLR with a SFE as it's first occupant. I was planning to eventually add a tomatoe clown, a yellow tang and a pinktail trigger. I chose the pinktail because it has the reputation for not being as aggressive. But will it pick on the eel? Opinions appreciated.

Pinktail is a good choice. Niger and Bursa are also very mild Triggers.

Thanks for the info. I do like the look of bluejaws also. I will have to look into them. Another question, will hermits survive with bluejaw or pinktail triggers?

yeah a pinktail is among the least aggressive of triggers i would also consider a niger its a very nice trigger and doesnt seem to bother very much.. but as far as bothering the eel normally it wouldnt but if i was very large and the eel was small it could happen over food but other than that it should be fine

i know alot of people who have had success with nigers but i wouldnt trust one
ive seen several in a reef tank and not bother a thing
and then ive seen some that have pulled the picasso trigger stunt and have a tank to itself
