I found this lil guy and many others in my filter cartridge when i was changing them yesterday. they were all wiggling around like worms when they were brought out of the water, up close they kinda look like snails without shells. can you tell what they are...sorry not the best picture...the lil thing is kinda huddled up in a lil fetal postition, lol! Also, it's on a wet papertowel, just in case you were wondering. Thanks!

Hard to tell....looks like an amphipod.....google them and look at their pics
OH YEAH...they are good things too

yes its a amphipods. they are fish food for free. they grow in refugium and in the DT. great food for scooter and manderin

this is how i pictured it....
"hey mom!.. check out this thread..... you reading it?... cool... ok i'm replying.... meet ya down stairs for dinner!... huh? yes.. my room is clean!... and no I don't know what those spots are in my undies!... stop mom!"

well i'm glad they're not something bad! they were pretty creepy when tehy were all squigglin around....thanks guys!:)

Watch at night when the lights go off...or right as they come on....I thought my tank was infested once..LOL...they were sooo fast and all over the place..
