My other addicting hobby is building cars. Heres some pictures of the current three I have.First pic - 1968 Camaro
Second pic
- 1968 Camaro's engine. I had a little problem with this one, I built it a year or so ago and last time I drove it, it started eating oil big time. Well I drained the coolant and theres some oil and fuel in there
. Thats good for it...NOT
Third pic
- 1989 Camaro on the trailer. The stock 305 finally took a crap on me
Now I get to build a nice running 400hp engine for it.
Fourth pic - 1973 Nova SS! Thats my baby, shes getting a frame up restore and a 700hp SBC NA

Lets see what you guys like to do!!!

I have many addicting... expensive hobbies.
Woodworking, computers, home theatre (that one will REALLY hurt the pocketbook), high end audio (this one even worse than home theatre).

I am building my honda civic into a drag car...I found an empty coffee can so I used some bailing wire and chewing gum to add it to my exhaust.
I put in HUGE gauges with 5 colors all across my dashboard.
Oh yeah, I put on the most extreme body kit I could find...no of course I didnt paint it...

OK sorry I couldnt resist.
I am completley consumed with the internal combustion engine. I mainly stick to BBC but I can appreciate them all.
No pics as I just moved, but I was going to put up a thread about a project I am just finishing. Yes I am a complete car geek.
Nice work.

Current project....
1984 Chevrolet C10 4x2 6.2L diesel. I'm currently in progress of modifying the rear frame with a 12" c-notch for air suspension. Future mods-body drop, fuel injected turbo diesel changeover, and the never ending list continues...........

Where do you live?
My fiance makes wine. In GA we aren't legally allowed to make more than 55g. Stores even keep track, they can't sell you enough ingredients to make more htan 55g of wine with in any 12 month period.
Of course you can go to separate stores... but still...

Live in Michigan. I think the Fed laws allow 200 gallons per year for personal use. No selling without a license. Trying to get the wife and her friends to do some N.A.K.E.D grape crushing in a large plastic pool I bought but no takers yet.

I used to do that too; I even worked as a winemaker at a local winery for a bit (didn't really pay the bills like programming does). Of course, these days I don't drink, but making wine was a lot of fun.

200 gallons a year for personal use.....Roughly just over 1/2 gallon of wine per day.... Sounds about right. Mazel Tov !

Mountain biking! Got a 2009 Stumpjumper FSR last year, the one w/Brain, hydraulic disk brakes, the sweetest shifting Sram setup, air shocks front and rear, and a wild orange/black paint job. Also have a SJ Hardtail and a carbon road bike too. Only about 7K for those 3, actually makes sw fishkeeping seem not so expensive! Yeah, the guys at my bike shop know me by my first name now.
