Do you keep a hardy, but peaceful Fish in your QT

Hello,
I was thinking of keeping a Hardy, but peaceful fish in my QT to keep some bioload going on in it when I don't order fish for a extended period of time.
Does anybody else do this? If you do, what fish do you use?
I was thinking of a damsel, but they're to aggressive, anything else that is HARDY, but PEACEFUL, and CHEAP that you all use?

I keep my quarantine running with 2 Dominos. They are not peaceful, but extremely hardy. When I have to put another fish in quarantine, I plan on using a divider to keep the Dominos seperate.

I keep a pair of Mollies in my hospital tank.

I have a Sebae clownfish in mine. It was replaced in my community tank by a pair of percs. It was my very first SW fish purchase so I didn't want to exchange it at a LFS.

Adding food to keep the biofilter going is something new for me, if it works, I would rather do that. If you say it works, I'll believe you.
Any food? Flakes?
