Do You Name Your Fishes?

If so, why did you name them what you did? I named two of them. I"m a Seinfeld fan my two clowns swim all over together but sleep in different places(beds) like the Castanzas.

OK Yes my fishies have names--my powder brown is "Tang tang" my red coris is "Rosie" my pink lined wrasse is "Sweetie" my birdnose is "Big blue" my blennies are "Little beanies" my yellow tang is "Sweet yellow" my yellow eyed tang is "Beauty" my white/pink wrasse is "Pinky" love them all!! :happyfish :jumping:

I've always thought that when you named your fish they were destined to die, but I decided I'd give it a shot with my new 210 lol. My 3 Yellow Tangs are Rex, Lex, and Tex. My Dogface Puffer is named Gilberto. My Valentini Puffer is Napoleon.

I used to have a bumblebee snail hitch hiker that we named Speedy.
Oh, and I have an emerald crab from SWF.com that is just HUGE...we named him Godzirra.
I also have a brittle star that I never named...don't know why...he grabs food out of my hand.

i told myself i wouldn't name my fish... but once u get to know their personalities its a must.

Diamond Goby - chiller b.c he just sits around and chills like nothings bothering him and life's perfect
Orange Tail Fiji Puffer - Shylow b.c hes so very shy and always stays in the lower part of the tank. he will be out and about swimming and then when he sees a human come to the take he bolts it into one of his many hiding places.

Black Occ. Clown -- "Killa" (<-- I thought he had killed my cleaner shrimp, because he doesn't deal with the shrimp trying to clean him. He chases him off, biting at his "whiskers". But...I'm a dork. "Jacque" had molted.)

here are all the fish i do/have had and named. there are 2 neon gobies, a green mandarin, and a pink spotted watchman where nothing has come to me yet... but there they are...
Osama the orange spotted diamond goby (he would make caves and hide in them)
Kim Joung Eel the snowflake eel (self explanatory)
Napoleon Bonnepart the moroon clown (she is still rpetty small... and can leave her spot of the tank to attack others)
Rulf (the name of a dog my brother named had in a video game called Harvest Moon when i was little). the valentini puffer, he was jsut very dog-like
Christian and Alli are my pair of ocellaris clowns (my name and my girlfriend's name... i know.... im such a freaking sap.....

Sid (liek acid) a psycadelic mandarin which never recovered form the pet store
i also had a coral beauty named Baby just cause she was very delecate.
and a tomato clown named Porker because he would eat EVERYTHING!! even that spray dried bacteria that you add to your tank when you are a noob and listen to the people at ***** when they say it actualy does something.
i also had a fuzzy dwarf named fuzzy wuzzy (original... i know)
i lost a the tomato and the CB to ick, and the eel had a rock fall on his head, while i think the goby chocked on a piece of CC Rulf got caught on a powerhead. and my fuzzy dwarf did the same thing. the rest are still with me

2 Perculas = The couple
Lawnmower blenny = Pancho
Fire shrimps: Cave dwellers.
Cleaner shrimps = not named yet
Cleaning crew = Sanitation workers.
Mandarine: Princess (I like how it swims and looks around)
