I've Posted This In The Corals & Trading, As Well As The Classifieds And Nobody Can Help.. So I Will Try Here.
I Am In Desperate Need Of A Ziplock Full Of Chaeto Algea For My Fuge.. I Will Pay $10.00

And I'm sure that having thrown out 2 gallons worth yesterday doesn't help you any either. Also mine has flatworms.

Might also help if you at least tell folks what state you live in, they might pipe up if you do.

I'm in the same boat, so haven't really moved on building a fuge into my setup. If you live in CA you are out of luck because we are not allowed to buy such things in LFS here.

I cant get my nitrates down and just got a fuge.. but its not oging to help me much until I get some CHAETO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

next time you do that let me know.........there is none in STL. I thought you got rid of all your flatworms. Didn't you have a nudibranch in there for awhile?

I need chaeto too. Don't see it on sale from any of the online stores. I live in Chicago.
As for it being illegal to sell, I think it has to do with it being an invasion species in local waters, so they ban the sale of it to prevent people from dumping it into local waters. Or something like that.

Yes it's true, and it sucks bad. We aren't allowed to buy any of the SW plants here. I hear it's because they do not want it getting into our oceans and bays here. I guess it might out perform the local plant life. :mad:

was on ---- yesterday..cheato was fairly cheap..2.50 for a ziplock bag full is good price? and of course shipping..try looking up microalgea? or is it macroalgea..
