hey alex, i am from NY too, strong island, lol/ j/k. i have looked in the newsday and have been pretty impressed with some of the tanks they have posted. i live in suffolk so if you are out here one day pick up the suffolk edition newsday and check it out under "pets".
for a while it seemed that i was the only NY'er on this bb, good to have a neighbor. good luck to you...
ps: BTW, what part of brroklyn are you from? my step dad used to live in sheepset( if that is the way you spell it)bay, Manhattan Beach, beautiful area.
