Does anyone use "moonlight" ?

I added "moonlight" to my main tank and it looks REALLY cool, but, my clowns don't EVER seem to lay down and go to sleep. As soon a I turn off the "moonlight", they lay down and go to sleep.
I have read that under "moonlight", clowns tend to spawn more often (with an anemone host). I have turned my moonlight off for now, but plan to figure out a solution. I'm figuring it is just a bit too bright for their liking.
I read about using LED's from another board, but the easiest solution seemed to be an old light hood with blue lightbulbs in it. I tried dual 25w...too much. I tried dual 11w...too much. I tried dual 7.5w...not enough. Still working, but curious if any of you guys use them.

This Question seems to come up now and then , and I know from seeing it before that ,lots of people do, from using party bulbs, red or blue, to LEDS ,even homemade ones by using those plug in nite lights or going for the 60 dollar moonlights , I have 2 mounted inside my canopy ,looks great at nite

I have the 60 Dollar moonlights called Moonbeams, here is what it looks like a little dark but you get the Idea
