Does lugals iodine go bad?

I was offered a free bottle of kent lugals iodine for coral iodine dips. The bottle is around 3 - 4 years old. Would it be ok to use this even thoughit is old? Does this stuff go bad? Any experiences? Thanks a lot!

It should be ok, but if you are worried, just buy a new one...are you willing to risk your tank for 10 dollars?

good point indeed. Has anyone used iodine purchased at a non fish store? Is this the same iodine?...lol just for future refrence!

Yes, I buy mine in large quantitys from Walgreens.
