Does my duster cluster have a chance?

I just ordered a duster cluster from here. It looked a little rough after shipping but I thought it would turn around. Since then I have seen a pepermint shrimp holding a crown and my Mexican turbos are all over it like a Kennedy on the hired help. They have dislodged it several times trying to get at a little alage on it. Is it gonna make it?

Mine showed up in rough condition too, but are doing well. However, I don't have mexican snails or a peppermint shrimp either.
