does r/o water need to be treated with stress coat.

before I do a water change and I let the water and salt mix for 24 hours do I still have to treat it with "stress coat" or "start right". What about if I just use this water to cure my new shipment of LR not much just 10#? Also when I top off my tank due to evaporation does that water have to be salt water or should I just use strait R/O water?

1) Don't add anything to your water if your fish don't need it. RO water is the best you can get and it doesn't need any additives.
2) You can use straight RO water to cure your LR. Just make sure you have a skimmer/powerhead and a heater in the tank.
3) When you do normal top-offs, you use straight water. Do not add salt as the salt doesn't evaporate. Just make sure you push your creep back in the tank in front of a powerhead to dissolve it.

Should I mix salt with the water I use for the LR to risne and let cure? How flexable can the temp be when this rock is cureing? I don't have a heater for it but the huge pump I use creates a bit of heat if I keep a lid on it.

Use mixed water to rinse/clean/cure your LR. The temp can be anywhere between 77 and 84 for curing ONLY. I wouldn't put your snails in there with the curing rock...they most likely will die. Your tank looks good by the way. BTW, where is Farmington? I'm from Warrensburg if that is anywhere close.
