He is definatly stressing out, I peg two main probable causes at this point.
1. Lighting
2. Heavy DOC's in the water column.
If you can't do anything about the lighting right away you can at least get a 30% water change ready, and after it has mixed for a 24 hour period, then do the water change and see if that has any positive affect on the anemones.

I have some lighting coming tomorrow....
Should I still do the water change?

It isnt looking good. Fell off the high rock today and was just laying on the ground all shrivelled up

First of all, you should have NEVER bought the anemone with that kind of lighting! They need intense lighting...even more than corals. I'm not trying to be snappy or anything, but I hate it when people just go out and buy something with out researching it. These are living breathing animals just like you and I. What you should have done was taken it back to your LFS until you got the proper lighting.
