OK, sooo...im here at shcool, right now (hehe) but, this dude who graduated last year or the year before is going to show up tomorrow and supposedly beat my a-- and its over his EX girlfriend that i had a fling with. i find it to be soooooo funny, but, why would a guy do that? hes not even with her, and to me, there is no reason to fight for any girl. reason being that if she wants you she will stay with you, not who wins the fight. but, if he touches me its assult on a minor (yay for being 17) and hes not even allowed on school propety to begin with since he got into it with the principal, but hes supposed to beat my a-- in the morning, then damage my car (2007 ford mustang) and then supposed to show up again after school, i find it amusing, and pointless, he is known to not show up for things, and even if he did i dont think he would do anything, lol, but whats your alls opinion? is he dumb, or what?

It is not soooo funny. False provado aside, you are being threatened. He could show up with a gun for all you know. He alreay assaulted the principal... This person is out there, and not playing with a full deck. Call the police.

I wouldn't worry about it, guys like that are mostly all talk, just trying to intimidate you and get you scared. don't let it phase you.

well, hes done this before, the whole tough guy act, and hes like, 5 foot nothing, so he doesnt scare me, but the thing im worried about is the car, he let the air out of the tires while i was in school (my school, epic failing as usual, doesnt have cameras in the parking lot for students) and i was stuck for basically 3 hours trying to find an air pump and pumping them....so he isnt affraid to do something stupid, but if he does touch me or anything, i'll have it on video, since me and like, 3 of my buddies are bringing video cameras, but i dont think he will show or anything, since like you all have said, he is all talk, but did anyone else go throught this drama stuff? because im rather sick of it lol

LOL...Life is a freakin neverending drama.....You are sick of it at your age..haha....you got a long way to go....there are always gonna be jerks...everywhere you go.....ones that think they can threaten people and those that actually will act out their threats
be careful....you never know which you are dealing with until it may be too late

well i kinda feel like a panzy since my gf told my mom and my mom called him and all that...so i kinda feel weak by that, but i understand since a friend of my moms when she was in High School was shot for basically the same situation, so i know its just to be safe and all that, and i think we are fileing a police report on both the guy and my ex, and im changing my school schedule since shes in basically every class then ima try to get a restraining order lol, just for kicks... but i think if life had a theme song right now it would be High School Never Ends by Bowling For Soup.

dude safety in numbers if he takes you while you are with your friends he can’t count or did not have math’s at school LOL just don’t let him catch you off guard be awake and be ready you never know with stupid guys

well, he showed up, but he never got out of his car, because i had a couple friends and me younger brother (hes only 17 months younger) and i did bring a video camera incase something did actually happen yet, like i figured, nothing did, he jsut sat in his car then drove off. But, i can press charges, and if i do they have 3 counts tresspassing, intemadation, attempt at assult, harassment, and some others, vandalism is thrown in with all that to, since they let all the air out of my tires while i was at school, didnt get home till about 7pm, also my ex gf, the one who is basically the cause, will be getting some heat to, so its going to be an interesting week...and yea safety is key, and i normally never go anywhere alone anyway, since i dont have good social skills (its hard for me to talk to new people in person haha) so i take friends but this is just whats going on today

lol Hey! I did spend a few years in a public school! I was in public school from kindergarten to 4th grade, then moved to home schooling. :p lol

Well...me and my family arent pressing charges, which im glad my mom decided that before she knew he actually showed up this morning. My thought process was, yea, he did some things, but, we dont know what mine and his common exgirlfriend (im sooo glad that ex is there, believe me..) has told him to make him wanna do all of that. hes an 18 year old kid, who made some really big mistakes and who while we arent pressing charges, the school is, so regardless he will get in trouble, but i dont think as much, they are pressing charges for tresspassing, not attempted assualt, threating/intimadation (you can tell i cant spelll....) and vadalizism...but he apologized to me, no that doesnt make it go away, but, its personally behind me i know, and i do hope our ex gets in some sort of trouble for starting the enitre mess, so even though i did nothing wrong i learned something from all of this...dont make a female angry (haha jk) but i really did learn that no matter what happens in life, you can settle it civily some way or another, wether that be in court or person to person

OK well im officially done trying to help people out....they are back at it, and this time saying i have vandalized their cars. even though i was with friends and my girlfriends mom all day. but apparently i was also letting all the air out of their tires aswell, didnt know i could do that. we did them a favor and didnt press charges last time, and now im pressing charges and getting a restraining order, hopefully on both of them. how much attention does my ex need, ffs.

Welp, a cop is on their way, hopefully get here soon, since i dont really want to be at home all day lol.
at mie, im a lover not a fighter, i dont like fights at all, but i would like him to hit me...yay for assulting a minor charges
but thats only if he hits me...
A few hours away? i used to live in Clarksville, In, but moved here since my mom got a job here. But im glad i am handleing this well, its hard to, since i get really mad at him and her....but im trying, and who knew that the police station would be closed? thats crazy to me... they are closed on weekends lol so weird. But, does anyone know anything about getting restraining orders on people? since i would love to get one for each of them
but idk

OK the cop came, and we got a case number, and monday we are going to the courthouse or whatever to talk to a prosocuter about pressing the charges and possibly filing the restraining orders. so tis a good day today.

i'm pretty anti-violence. the reason being that people dont know how to duke it out anymore. a dude will sooner pull out a weapon than throw some fists. now weapons cause more problems than they solve.
HOWEVER: i'm a believer in a good throw-down from time to time. there are times in a dudes life when he needs to test that animal reaction of fight or flight. i also realize there are times in my life where i need a good beat-down myself. but there are limits to this and people have really lost the ability to realize when enough is enough.
when i was 19 this chick i was dating broke up with me and it was the end of the world. she left a tv remote at my house and asked me to drop it off. a few days later i found time to and when i knocked on her door my buddy answered. i didnt really care too much, he was my friend and i subscribe to the bros before girls line of thought. he got all macho with me and socked me a good one right in the kisser. before i got my whits about me to hit him back, my dog jumped out of the car, ran across the yard and put 42 stitches and 3 staples in justins stomach. (now THATS a good friend, and he turned out to be the best pooch) the dog quit when he quit. either way he took me and the dog to court and who was there in the defense- the dame! crazy man.
