No offense but I would think three times before trading any frags with him if thats what your trying to get...
I still can not believe a 6 year old would grab a steamer... When I asked my 8 year old if he would put anything into the fish tanks he said oh heck no then I asked even if it was a tempting dog turd he said that was disgusting. I then asked my friends son who is 6 if he would touch a dog turd for 20 bucks he said NO WAY !!
I then asked his little brother who is 2 and all I could get him to say was "yes. yes.... but he also says yes to anything you ask or say to him so I'm not sure he would do it either.
I think you and the boy need to sit down and have a heart to heart about what is OK to due and not todue get it due due anyway.....

Kids are capable of doing just about anything take my brother when he was 6 or 7 for instance if you had offered to pay him $100 to clip one of those big black clips for holding papers together on his third leg he would have said no way but for whatever reason one day while playing in his room by himself he did it anyway all we heard was a scream and he came running into the living room with we were laughing so hard it took my mom a couple of minutes to get it off.
For whatever reason kids seem drawn to put stuff in tanks I have had a little plastic red bead floating around my tank for a couple of years from one of my kids and I have dug several other things out too but never poo though.

I am not saying my kids are smarter than yours or anything like that but thus far none of the kids around here have done anything except look at it. Some touched the glass once but that was it. I am talking around 20 kids who are in our area who play with our son OR family members EVEN friends of our kids when they come over. It seems like we might have a tighter hand on things though.
I started thinking about how our kids are in this area and came to realize we live off a army post so of course in most cases we are more strict lol. Most of the people in the area are Drill SGT etc as this is a boot camp post and training post for all other branches of the military. It is great to walk into a wal-mart and see kids with their shoes on and pants on and not yelling and screaming...

I bring it up often during these convos. You gotta be careful your not misinterpretting "bad parenting" with an autistic kid.
My son is autistic and he is that screaming brat sometimes. I have 3. 2 very well behaved and one that looks completely normal but throws tantrums like you wouldn't believe.
Just be careful about who ya judge...

I used to say, "a bad kid was the direct result of a bad parent" "why have kids if your incapable or to irresponsible to handle them" etc... then God gave me Chase.

I learned MY lesson.

Tizzo, sounds like my brother's daughters. The 13 year old is calm, polite, caring, and sweet as can be. The 11 year old is ADHD with Anxiety and OCD. Not to mention the side effects of the drugs to help those things. (one she was on about a year ago made her grunt all the time. She couldn't control it.)
If you only saw the 11 year old, you'd think she had horrible parents. But the 13 year is proof her parents are at least halfway decent. :)

Tizzo, I'm right there with ya! My youngest son who is 5 has aspergers. He is so smart and so cute but when we go shopping he just can't handle the crowd, noises, and so on. I have had so many people give me "the look" when Liam is having a melt down. Noone gets it unless you have been there!

I said I like to see pants on kids and shoes and meaning that people have their children under control. I am in no way talking about anyone whom has a handicap and incapable of the control of them self.
My Uncle was called "retarded" my whole youth growing up. I would correct them. When old enough i would challenge these people to math tests etc and he would smoke them. He has gone to college and graduated this year at 60 years old and he is mentally handicapped. While he acts like he is 5 sometimes he is extremely awsome.
I actually am saying that most handicapped act more civil in public than a lot of our youth I never see a handicapped person run thru wal-mart spraying cleaners on their buddies yelling profanities throwing stuff off shelfs. I sure have seen "so called normal" kids do it and the parents laugh it off. I get irritated as that to me is a sort of stealing they use a product half up someone pays for it and they get half a can and I usually say something to the parents and the kids and if they do not pay for it I tell the management just cuz I'm that kind of jerk,.,
So I will once again say this had nothing to do with anyone you mentioned tiz.
I might just be a jerk. I see people walk out of the bathroom not washing their hands i comment on how nasty it is. I see people groping in restaurants with kids around I tell them to get a room this is not the place.
FYI My nephew is chase and my "son" adopted after my daughter passed away is chayse.

Oh Fatz, I think I know the kids your talking about. I see them all the time. What really gets me though is when the parents are nowhere around!!
It's like they tell the little beasts to go to the toy section and act like you own it, til I'm done shopping!!
Kids riding bikes, and shooting at each other running through the isles. I pity the employees.
How'd we get so far off the poop topic?
