Dolphin 1/2hp 4500

Dolphin 1/2hp 4500gph does anyone have on or used one
I'm thinking of running one on my 125 to push my
Rainbow Lifeguard system with:
QL40 40 Watt UV
AF-92 heater module
AF-93 Chemical Filter
AF-94 Mechnical Filter with pressure gauge.
a small spray bar
a small run to my Refugium (real slow)
and 1 run to my DIY skimmer (real slow)
My tank is a AGA 125 with twin overflows if you have one do you think think this Pump can push this all or is it over kill.

I e-mail him but I wanted to find out if anyone here had one to see if thay liked them. you know If I were saleman I would talk it up just to sale a pump.
