He probably needed a place to put them for a few hours while he re arranged something. Still a stupid thing to do though.
If you look at his past videos he has the same set up for a few videos that are older so I think this idiot actually keeps his fish like that all the time

theres actually several tanks like that in hong kong, thats the norm for them. they do however practice strict water change routines, water is changed out on a daily basis
theres def no room for aggression in a tank that stocked
but i do admit, it makes me nervous to look at

It's not the price of the fish that's the problem, it's the whole attitude that it's OK to do this to a living creature. I guess some people just don't give a rats a$$. Disgusting.
