Don't know whether to laugh or mourn...

I thought that things like this only happened on TV or in cartoons...
A friend of my mom's went to the Cabarrus County Fair with her 5 year old little girl a couple of days ago. They were lucky enough to win a 3 inch fish with a little bowl. The little girl loved this little fish and wanted to show her friend next door what she had won. About 10 minutes later, the mom answered the phone. The other mother asked her, "Are you missing something?" "No, I know that my daughter went to your house to see your daughter." "But, look at your fish bowl." It turns out that the little girl didn't realize that it needed water to live, so she put the fish in her pocket and took it to her friend's house to show him off!
And then I was told that she felt so bad for her little girl that she went out and bought an ANGELFISH to replace the goldfish in that little bowl.

I am not sure if it was a FW angel or not. But, either way, you just don't put an angel in a goldfish bowl and expect to live more than a couple of days.
I just keep thinking about what everyone said once she brought the fish out of her pocket...

I am confused as to what particular difference it would be if it were a freshwater angel or a marine angel...can someone explain this difference to me please?
