Sounds like it's got a 50/50 chance at helping a sting, but I did see a guy top off his overheated radiator one time when there was no water around...It worked too

Hey, diapers may be super absorbent but not leak proof. Oh, and little baby's don't give you warning when they poo... and it comes out at a pretty high velocity.
