Dots on Side of tank

Inside the tank i have little dots all over the place. I usually just scrape them off the front but now im thinking that they may be high in nitrates? possibly poop? Was wondering what they are exactly and what to do with them if you nkow

if your scraping it i dont think its pods, if its green,purple,or pink its coraline algae.

its a calcifiing worm that builds a spiral tube kinda like a feather duster harmless little things but can be annoying at times LOL
or its coraline if its colored other than white.
or it could be snail eggs if they are clear.
