I have noticed for the past couple of days there were what looked to be small circular white shells on my glass and did not think much of it until today. I took a closer look and they all have a feather like tissue coming out of them and I would assume they are collecting food in this manner. They are to small for pictures, but can anyone tell me what these may be and good or bad?
Second, much easier description. Small clear to whitish things that were flat (this I believe is bad) and moved much like a snail?
Thanks guys and gals :)

the first critter is probably a spirorbid worm. common in newer tanks.
the second could be one of a half dozen things a picture would help but you can try googling images of flatworms and see if any of those images match to what your seeing.

Amphiscolops sp., a harmless acoel that "shows up" at times in reef tanks.
Did some digging and this is what I found in my tank, it says they are harmless and will go away? Anyone heard or seen differnt?
Thx
