Damsels will be fine in a tank as long as you put in other aggresive fish. I started with a cou, msels big and small, a small niger, a dogface, couple eels, 3 paired clowns, and they all get along. Even though the damsels are aggresive its size thats a big factor. The blue is nothing compared to this 5 inch snowflake damsel, he grunts like a gangster as$ trigger. Definitely don't use them if you plan on taking them out though cause that takes forever!
