krunk,
Thanx for the tip. This is my first time working with acrylic so where can I get weld-on? Do you think silicone will form a leak proof bond on acrylic? Their will be no tension on the silicone at all
the water pressure will help form the seal between the liner and the acrylic. If your saying that silicone doesnt adhere to acrylic at all I guess Ill be taking it back to the lfs.

Go to the broncofish link. Good place/supplier for any plastic/acrylic anything you need. I got the mail order catalog, they got everything.
Hey Danny how's my bike running?

Running pretty slow! What do you have to keep the rpm's at? I was on the highway, went to pass someone in sixth, and well... it took awhile to pass! lol... ya need a 1000! Never thought I'd say that!

You try crossover wheelies on it yet???
If you do that grip tape I put on the tank helps mucho. Just make sure you hold the bars tight when you come back down. Take it easy I'm gonna try and sell that soon.
When you gettin off work?

LOL, not yet.... I played on 26 mile, had to bounce like mad to try and lift in 2nd!!! Would barely start coming up before I backed off. Won't drop it though, sucks... couldn't get my new rear tire saturday because of the outage. Don't trust if for that long of a drive. Should be in novi by 5pm

make sure you have a circuit in the area you are setting it up rated high enough to hold all the pumps and what not. i am ballancing that problem now as i set up my next tank. i am going to nee dto run extension cords to another room so that i can get a couple higher amp items on another circuit for safety reasons.
otherwise sounds like a fun project. i know a guy with a 500, and it is awesome to watch. the depth makes a lot of difference, i am sure you will love it.

I work with a bunch of electricians, already planning on rewireing the living room for it :) Might as well do it right the first time. What does your friend have in his 500? Livestock, powerheads, lighting, etc. ?
